Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any of the services provided by winmy9, you hereby agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the winmy9 platform.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the winmy9 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. winmy9 reserves the right to close all accounts identified as duplicate accounts and withhold any related withdrawals.

2.3 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. The registered username must match the name on your identity card (MyKad) or official identification document. False or inaccurate information may result in account termination and the withholding of balances.

• Full name as per MyKad or official identification document
• An active and reachable mobile phone number
• A valid and active email address
• e-wallet or banking account information for withdrawal purposes

2.4 Identity Verification

winmy9 reserves the right to request users to submit a copy of their MyKad or other identification document at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. This verification process is to ensure the security of your account and to comply with anti-money laundering policies.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit for all payment methods available at winmy9 is RM10. There is no maximum deposit limit set, however winmy9 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for deposits deemed unusual. Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal for all methods is RM50. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 10 to 45 minutes after approval. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have passed identity verification.

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the user's name
• winmy9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts
• Any suspicious withdrawal attempts will be investigated before processing
• Users are responsible for ensuring their withdrawal account information is accurate

3.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by winmy9 are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawals are permitted. The winmy9 welcome bonus offers a 200% first deposit bonus up to RM500, with a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount.

For example: If you deposit RM100, a bonus of RM200 will be credited bringing your balance to RM300. The wagering requirement to be met is RM200 × 20 = RM4,000. Second example: A deposit of RM600 receives a bonus of RM500 (maximum limit), balance becomes RM1,100 with a wagering requirement of RM500 × 20 = RM10,000.

Game Rules and Prohibitions

4.1 Fair Use

winmy9 does not permit any form of fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of the platform system. This includes the use of automated software (bots), betting syndicates, or any method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from doing the following:

• Money laundering or using the platform for illegal purposes
• Sharing an account or allowing third parties to access your account
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated bonus benefits
• Using credit card information or bank accounts belonging to another party
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the winmy9 security system
• Making repeated deposit and withdrawal transactions without meaningful gaming activity

4.3 Account Termination and Suspension

winmy9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account found to be in breach of these terms without prior notice. In cases of serious violations such as fraud, the balance in that account may be fully forfeited.

VIP Programme and Rewards

5.1 VIP Membership Tiers

winmy9 provides a VIP programme with five membership tiers that offer weekly cashback benefits to loyal members. The tiers are as follows:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

5.2 VIP Programme Terms

VIP tier upgrades are based on gaming activity and user loyalty. winmy9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP programme at any time with appropriate notice. Cashback is calculated based on gaming activity within the weekly period and is automatically credited to the member's account.
